Rush Orders

The amount of time it takes the carrier to get the order to you is not guaranteed by Pork Chop Screen Printing. Rush orders require payment in full to begin printing. Rush orders may be subject to a rush fee. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate all rush orders.

Rush time frames are based on our current production schedule and do not include shipping time. Pork Chop Screen Printing will not be held responsible for shipping issues once your order has left our facility.

Out of Stock Items

On occasion, our vendors may run out of particular style or color in a certain brand. If this occurs we have a variety of product substitutes available from alternate vendors. Pricing may vary with vendor. If you choose to wait for the item to come back in stock, day one of production begins the day the blank items are received. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished then we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says they will. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time. We reserve the right to substitute garments of comparable brand and/or color when the customer’s request is unavailable.

Dye Lots

Due to market conditions and manufacturer garment mill variances beyond the seller’s control, seller cannot guarantee consistency of dye colors throughout an individual order or from one order to the next.

Color Matching

While every effort is made to reproduce an imprint just as the artwork, variations in ink, computer monitors, printers and printing processes make it impossible for us to guarantee exact color representation and consistency. color matching is available upon request. PMS matching is only a guideline. Due to the differences between paper and textiles or other substrates, this is not guaranteed.

If you desire a specific color match, please specify the color by providing either a physical sample or providing us with a Pantone number

Overruns or Under-Runs

Screen printing is an art form, and we do our very best to deliver, at minimum, the ordered quantity for each and every size on your order. However, printing mistakes happen, screens can breakdown during production or shirts may arrive with stains or holes from the manufacturer. For that reason, we have an under/over run allowance. This is simply an acceptable margin of error. Under-runs are not to exceed the industry standard of 2%. All orders within the Under/Over Run Allowance of the ordered quantity will be considered acceptable for delivery. For this reason, we highly recommend you order extra garments for each size.

Pork Chop Screen Printing will not be responsible for profit loss on underruns. If requested, in the event of an under run greater than our Under/Over Run Allowance, we will reprint the remaining quantity or an appropriate credit will be made for the under amount.

Customer Supplied Garments

Goods on which printing is to be done and furnished by buyer shall be properly prepared, (free from plastic packaging, dirt or torn fabric) and of proper quality for printing requirements. Additional costs due to delays or impaired production because of improper packing or quality of goods furnished by buyer shall be charged to buyer at prevailing shop rates. Any goods supplied by buyer are at his risk based on differences in wash fastness and absorption qualities of fibers. Any garments supplied by buyer shall be imprinted at buyer’s risk.

Please note that not all garments have a surface texture and size suitable for screen printing. Send your customer supplied garments at your own risk! Pork Chop Screen Printing will not be responsible for misprints on customer supplied garments. Pork Chop Screen Printing will replace any misprinted garments that we decide are truly “misprinted” that were first purchased as blanks through Pork Chop Screen Printing.

Manufacturer Defects

Pork Chop Screen Printing is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as garment color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, bad stitching, or other garment defects. We do our best to try to inspect the garments as they are printed, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size to avoid the possibility of manufacturer defects causing issues with your needed quantities.

Refund Policy

In the event of a breach by seller, claims for defects, damages or shortages not related to transportation, must be made in writing by the buyer within 48 hours after delivery. Failure to make such a timely claim shall constitute complete and irrevocable acceptance of the shipment. Claims must specify in detail the objections of the buyer. The sole option of the buyer as to any order property rejected will be to ship such goods to seller within 5 days following a written authorization. Buyer shall have no right to recover by procuring replacement goods. In no event shall seller be liable for special or consequential damages, including profits lost, whether or not caused by or resulting from seller’s negligence.

In the event that Pork Chop Screen Printing is responsible for a mistake in order production or fulfillment, the misprinted items will be reprinted at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds.

Printing Process Variations

All reasonable efforts will be made by Pork Chop Screen Printing to obtain the best possible color reproduction onto the garments but variation is inherent in the printing process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that Pork Chop Screen Printing  shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in color or texture between the Customers photograph, transparency, proof, Electronic File, Print Ready File, previously printed matter (whether printed by the Company or by a third party) or any other materials supplied by the Customer and the finished Work. Where the art is produced using full color printing (also known as process color or CMYK printing) it is accepted and understood that Pantone colors (also known as spot colors) shall not be accurately reproduced due to the inherent nature of the printing process.

Seam, Collar and Zipper Printing

We do our very best to produce the best looking prints anytime we print. However, printing on or over any seams, collars, pockets, zippers or otherwise is subject to distortion, print imperfections, and/or other small inconsistencies.

An image printed within 1 inch of any seam is subject to distortion, print imperfections, and/or other small inconsistencies. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered misprints. We will not assume responsibility for print imperfections due to printing too closely to seams.

Screen Setup Fees

Screen setup fees are for the rental and preparation of the screen, for a particular print job. Payment of screen setup fees does not include the purchase of a screen.

Artwork Proofs

All artwork must be approved via an emailed digital mockup or signed physical copies of proofs. Proofs are used to ensure the accuracy of a print job and the order details. Pork Chop Screen Printing requires receipt of a signed copy, or an emailed digital approval of each job’s proof. We will not be responsible for errors, misspelling, or otherwise in approved digital mockups and artwork.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information

on the proof is correct. If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed, we will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by the customers.

All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before a job can enter production.

Art Preparation

Art not supplied in print ready format, as specified in our Artwork Requirements section, is subject to be billed at our current rate. We will always give you an estimate before doing this work. Any art preparation done is the property of Pork Chop Screen Printing, you do not own the separated art file. That separated art file is the property of Pork Chop Screen Printing, although the artwork itself, is still your property.

Care Instructions

We will not be responsible for fading or weathering of goods. Once a print leaves the shop, we are not in control of the elements a print will endure, such as wash temperature, abrasiveness, soaps and chemicals, etc.

In order to ensure image longevity and vibrancy, we recommend “machine wash cold, inside out, and line dry (preferable) or tumble dry low” for all imprints.

Image Placement

We will do everything we can to ensure images are printed in a consistent location on all garments within a run. However, small variations should be expected. A 3/4” standard deviation in either direction will be considered an acceptable variance.

Packaging

Unless other arrangements have been made, all jobs will be shipped in bulk packaging. Individual bagging, tagging, sorting, labeling, and folding are available upon request. Additional fees apply.

Order Receipt

We encourage you to check the quantity and quality of your order immediately. Pork Chop Screen Printing will not be held responsible for problems with your order unless we are notified of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
